Agreement

By using kernel-cloudcore.digital and requesting services from Kernel Cloudcore Trade Marketing (“we”, “us”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit enquiries.

Services

We provide trade marketing support for key account campaigns, including campaign design, in-store activation support, trade sell-in materials, and field force briefing. Descriptions and prices on this site are informational and do not constitute a binding offer until confirmed in a written proposal or statement of work.

Enquiries and proposals

Submitting the contact form or emailing us creates an enquiry, not a contract. Work begins only after both parties agree scope, fees, timeline, and deliverables in writing.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate account information, brand guidelines, product claims that are legally cleared for your market, and timely feedback. Delays in approvals may shift delivery dates.

Intellectual property

Until invoices for a phase are paid in full, we retain ownership of draft materials we create. Upon full payment for that phase, you receive a licence to use the agreed deliverables for your trade marketing purposes. Pre-existing tools, templates, and methods remain ours.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it aggressively, or submit unlawful, misleading, or harmful content through forms.

No online payments

This website does not process payments or checkouts. Invoices and payment instructions are handled offline as agreed in writing.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or from campaign outcomes influenced by factors outside our control (including retailer decisions, stock availability, or field staffing). Our total liability for a paid engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement in the three months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes are subject to the courts of Bangkok, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
